Key job responsibilities
Use data to provide business insights (e.g. patient utilization, disease prevalence, etc) and inform strategic programmatic directions
Understand objectives of clinical operations and population health; contribute to improvement efforts and collaborate with project teams to plan and execute evaluations
Provide data expertise and engage in the development of One Medical’s data strategy that meets both technical and business needs
Work with One Medical's Product team to develop product features and data pipelines that support stakeholder needs
Represent Clinical Effectiveness and liaise across data teams to own conversations that might impact our ability to demonstrate One Medical's value proposition to its partners
About the team
Mainly work with HSPs partners on reviewing effectiveness.
Different programs: Impact (diabetes) Mindset, Women's Health. Operate as a think tank for programs. And this person supports all of these program needs.
Working to merge between AHS and 1Life systems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
At least 4 years’ experience in data analytics with an emphasis on data visualization
Minimum of 1 year experience working with stakeholders in a consultative role
Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Excel
Experience manipulating and analyzing data sets to draw insights, specifically in healthcare
A systems thinker with experience in applying performance improvement methodologies to make process more lean and efficient
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA/MHA
Experience with Python or R a plus
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) data highly desirable
Experience working with Quality and Patient Safety data

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
