Our Operation’s workflow has three major components: First mile - where the product is housed and ready for order; Middle mile - where the order is hauled to your area; and Last mile - when the product is delivered to the customer’s door. The Pharmacy Security & Loss Prevention (S&LP) Manager leads security operations and loss prevention efforts across multiple Amazon Pharmacy locations within a designated regional area. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive loss prevention programs aligned with network goals, while efficiently managing security risk, leading diversion investigations, and providing security oversight for the protection of people, property, and data. As a key member of the AP Operational team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and deliver results that exceed both internal and external customer expectations through innovative solutions and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Regional Pharmacy S&LP Manager, you will support operational teams and partner with various cross-functional groups throughout the organization.
