Within GDSP, the AWS Private Pricing Customer Experience (CX) team’s vision is to ensure a bar-raising Customer experience across the Private Pricing (PP) program, leading to scale and growth.The Private Pricing CX team is seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to build our channel and outreach strategy for the Private Pricing program. In this role you will build our marketing strategy from the ground up, including creating Customer personas and shepherding them through the product marketing funnel from awareness to purchase. This is a first of its kind role and requires an individual who is comfortable in ambiguous, ever-changing environments and thrives in bringing new ideas from 0 to 1. You’ll work with a team of CX Strategists and CX Coordinators to further define our value proposition and target markets. You’ll also work with our greater organization, Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX), and their team of Product Managers, Business Intelligence Engineers, and others to connect the dots between the products and services we offer to tailor a successful marketing strategy for them. You’ll be directly responsible for key KPIs (acquisition, engagement and new Customer targets) as part of this strategy. This role has a high level of autonomy, visibility, and impact.
