In this role you will be the primary owner for the development, execution and optimization of marketing campaigns that are designed for ATPs to deliver or execute co-campaigns with ATPs. You will be responsible for determining and developing quarterly with-, and thru-Partner campaigns, including the go-to-market strategy, messaging and marketing mix, along with all the components of the campaign and supporting playbook and programs that will help generate demand via the channel. One key area of responsibility will be the marketing enablement of the ATP Lead Referral processes, systems, and tools. This will include build enablement mechanisms to communicate expectations and educate internal and external marketing stakeholders on how to use systems and tools such as the AWS Customer Engagement platform and tracking Marketing Development Fund utilization.
This hands-on position is perfect for a skilled marketing manager who enjoys defining integrated marketing campaigns, and developing, curating, and reconfiguring content and assets, according to the customer learning journey. You will work in tight collaboration with a variety of stakeholders including, but not limited to, ATP Global Marketing Programs, ATP Field Marketing Managers, ATP Managers, T&C Global Campaigns, T&C Product Marketing, and ATP representatives employed by the partners to ensure they understand how to best leverage the channel demand tools, assets, and systems. You will work closely with agencies and other internal business stakeholders to manage the campaign development workflow, asset development, and with the Marketing Central team to ensure that assets are timely developed and staged for ATPs to leverage.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple high-profile marketing projects simultaneously. The primary KPIs will be number of campaigns launched, MQLs generated, and leads passed to ATP Partners (PSQLs). This key team member should have excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills, in order to be able to tell a partner-centric story that resonates with our core audiences. In addition, the role requires the ability to analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize continuously.
