Key job responsibilities
Design, implement, and monitor mechanisms for team communication and product lifecycle management
Build project plans, balancing business needs with project risks and resource availability
Coordinate with central PMO to review feature intake requests from a variety of teams for business justification and customer/user benefit
Coordinate metric and narrative inputs for Rhythm of Business reporting (XBR, Operational Plans, etc.)
Drive small to medium operational enhancement projects
Coordinate cross-team efforts that impact TOM Product
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Communications or related field
- Experience with Excel, ASANA, Microsoft Office and other Project Management tools
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience supporting project execution and communicating results to team leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to join occasional calls and meetings during Pacific Time hours (9am to 5pm PT)
