Partner Connectors (PC) team builds and maintains fit-for-purpose connector applications (plug-ins) in commonly used ISV platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Coupa, Atlassian). These Connectors integrate AWS Public APIs and processes (e.g., ACE & Marketplace) with our customers' (partners/sellers/buyers) existing workflows and business processes in familiar tooling.

These integrations enable enterprises to accelerate migration and AWS adoption at scale via oversight and governance in their system of record declared business services and operational tooling. The Connectors also address a baseline set of service management practices customers use within their existing operational tooling.

We are seeking a Systems Development Engineer to develop Partner Connector solutions and integrations that enable customers to transact, procure, provision, manage, and operate native AWS resources/capabilities and Marketplace products in familiar ITSM and business services tooling such as ServiceNow, Atlassian, Salesforce, Coupa, and Ariba. As a Systems Development Engineer on the team, you will own significant portions of the product and have influence on our strategy by helping define the next wave of product features and system architecture.

This is a hands-on role, where you will develop scalable technical solution integrations to third-party platforms, leveraging service management frameworks and identifying ways to empower DevOps and Cloud operations in an agile culture. The system integrations are complex, and there are significant opportunities to work at all levels, from a set of robust platform services to system-level pieces and everything in between.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned systems development engineer with a business owner mindset, who is not afraid to think big, has a strong bias for action with strategic intent, can gain customer trust, dive deep, and deliver results. You should enjoy working on complex system software, be customer-centric, and passionate about building quality software and achieving operational excellence. A commitment to teamwork, hustle, and excellent communication skills (both business and technical) are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Develop scalable integration solutions on Partner Managed Connectors.
- Create artifacts to help scale knowledge for customers, partners, and the user community.
- Collaborate with specialist and field teams to drive the product roadmaps.
- Provide customer support for the Partner Managed Connectors.
- Partner with multiple teams across multiple locations with varying priorities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Clarify and drive project commitments, as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability.

This role is open to candidates based in Atlanta, GA, USA.
