Key job responsibilities
Serve as the central authority for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle of strategic horizontal and vertical features, from concept to launch and beyond
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain a multi-year product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Establish robust mechanisms for release planning, feature tracking, and product health monitoring across the portfolio
• Develop and maintain a centralized dashboard to provide visibility into the status of upcoming releases, key metrics
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making to prioritize features, resolve blockers, and enforce the agreed-upon release plan
• Partner with feature and device launch owners to monitor product health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Champion the adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the organization's release management capabilities
• Communicate the product roadmap, release plans, and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels, including executives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions

As part of this mission, we work horizontally both across our internal teams and with external partners to identify opportunities to improve how we operate and deliver results for our customers across devices, cloud, SDK and AI
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
