The Devices & Services Finance organization is seeking a proactive, customer service obsessed, and team-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Operations and Product Development (OPD) Finance leadership. This role will be required to be in office 5 days per week starting January 2nd, 2025.

This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple critical requests across internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will act as a seamless extension of the supported leaders and will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization as well as in the Devices & Services business. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-focused environment, while maintaining flexibility, a sense of humor and composure.

Key to the position is the ability to be organized, understand business priorities, and to anticipate needs proactively while also serving as another "go to" for all members on this team. In addition, the ability to have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is critical. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Management of complex scheduling
• Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
• Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
• Contribute to longer term Finance team projects & programs
• Document writing, editing, and readiness
• Ensure accurate archiving of departmental data on appropriate sites
• Manage domestic and international travel as needed

OPD Finance focuses on supporting the Operations and Supply Chain, Hardware Development, Software Development and Emerging Products teams within Amazon Devices. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
