Amazon is looking for a dynamic, driven, and creative Strategic Account Representative to join the Consumables team, which consists of the Grocery, Health and Personal Care, Pets, Premium Beauty, Mass Beauty and Baby categories. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, customer obsessed, and highly motivated New Account Representative to support strategic relationships at their infancy and deliver results for the organization’s selection growth goals.

As an Account Representative your primary focus area will be to own and improve the new Brand launch process. You will have the opportunity to build new Brand relationships by helping Brands build a strong foundation for their Amazon business through education of best practices, close support and troubleshooting, and collaboration with key Amazon internal stakeholders. In addition to this primary focus area, you will also own the subject matter expertise over a specific topic (e.g., catalog ingestion and defect prevention, operational excellence, Premium Beauty Brand integrity) and have an opportunity to contribute to the growth or improvement of that specific topic. Among other things, you can expect to leave this role with a greater understanding of the Consumables business, ownership over multiple new Brand launches, and experience project managing across a variety of teams both internal and external. From Day 1, you will have ownership over your Brand portfolio, and the ability to drive significant impact to the customer experience and the business.

By applying to this role, you will be considered for this position as well as two other equivalent openings.
