Key job responsibilities
As Sr. Product Designer, you will establish overarching design strategy, execute fundamental design research, and lead design innovation activities. You are an outcome-oriented designer with a strong foundation in UX methodology, razor-sharp interaction design, and systems thinking. You also possess a bold and creative outlook using data, trends, and intuition to evolve design practices and uncover new product opportunities to delight customers. Alongside your UX prowess, we seek a designer who inspires cross-functional partners to build bar-raising experiences through effective communication and relationship-building.
In this role, you will have a significant opportunity to define and drive design strategy within ART19's platform. You will be responsible for building and relentlessly advocating for best-in-class CX (user interface design, branding, interaction models, prototypes, etc.) and seeing your design through to launch; then using data to iterate and improve. You will need a strong technical design understanding as you solve system and UX problems simultaneously.
