Key job responsibilities
-Collaborate across AGI Autonomy to align team goals with the broader Autonomy research program
-Identify and prioritize research opportunities to unlock the next set of agent capabilities
-Mentor and guide team members to achieve their career goals and objectives
-Other management activities, e.g., communicating with stakeholders, structuring work, and growing the team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
-5+ years of experience in formal management roles (i.e., with at least 3 direct reports)
-Expertise in machine vision, autonomous systems, natural language processing, or related AI/ML field
-Track record of successful projects in an applied research context
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; startup experience a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $196,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $340,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
