THE ROLE:
The eero Logistics team is growing! As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be an integral part in ensuring the continuity of eero’s supply chain and in enabling eero’s growth. You will manage inbound and outbound freight operations to ensure that eero products reach our 3PL warehouse and get to our customers across the region. You will be the day-to-day point of contact of the regional 3PL warehouse and Logistics Service Providers (LSP). You will manage and track KPIs in order to identify and implement continuous improvements with our vendors. You will drive pricing activities to ensure that logistics spend aligns with the budget.

This is a unique opportunity to manage regional operations and partnerships for eero. You will have a wide scope and work with several cross functional stakeholders to ensure the eero logistics program runs smoothly. The opportunities are endless!

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS/CAN:
- Develop and establish a logistics and distribution strategy for the US region in order to meet customers’ shipping timelines and remain within eero’s shipping forecasts. This may include setting up new distributors or onboarding a new 3PL in the region.
- Experience in logistics vendor management, including but not limited working directly with international freight forwarders, domestic truck brokers, 3PL warehouses, and customs brokers.
- Run RFPs from end-to-end with 3PLs for warehousing services and LSPs for ocean, air, and road freight services, to ensure that eero’s logistics spend is in line with budget.
- Conduct detailed analysis on eero’s outbound shipping performance and work with our vendors to decrease transit time and optimize shipping costs.
- Manage 3PL inventory levels to ensure stock is flowing, create plan for aged or quarantined inventory
- Enforce eero SLAs and SOPs with Logistics Service Providers (LSP), identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement changes
- Lead eero’s US logistics operations and serve as the primary point of contact for eero’s regional 3PL and LSPs.
- Experience with trade compliance, US valuation and import/export operations. Be the main point of contact for eero’s customs broker.
- Do the work and improve the work. Willing to get your hands dirty to understand the process - in order to build a workflow or system to streamline the process!
- Travel to 3PL 2-4 times per year

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 4-6 years of experience with at least 3 years experience working in a logistics service provider (freight forwarder, ocean or air carrier, logistics technology provider) or on the logistics team of a manufacturer or producer

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Self starter. Work independently across a global team
- Excellent analytical, project management, and writing skills
- Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable interacting with ERP systems on a daily basis (Netsuite a plus)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $141,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
