The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support three Directors on our FrontierAI Robotics team within the Fulfillment Technology & Robotics (FTR) organization in San Francisco, CA.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.


Key job responsibilities
-Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements
-Manage domestic and international travel
-Manage expense report coordination and submission
-Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-team meetings, leadership off-sites, and team social events)
-Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
-Act as a liaison for direct reports
-Management of team space, including moves and restacks
-Work closely with the leadership team, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
-Document writing, editing, and readiness
-Have fun at work and help others do the same


About the team
The FAR Team builds advanced AI models that enable robots to see, reason, and act on the world around them, supporting a number of different warehouse automation tasks. They partner closely with the Amazon Robotics (AR) and Fulfillment Technology & Robotics (FTR) Teams to drive the development and implementation of their technology within Amazon’s operations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience working with large global teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
- Experience with work space planning/management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
