Data and Analytics is an important and high growth segment for AWS. It includes partners that focus on data collection, data migration, building data lakes, data analytics, and often working with AI/ML technologies. In this role, you will develop and deliver partner marketing programs that enable partners to acquire new customers, retain and grow existing customers and deliver growth in revenue from AWS services. You will develop a deep understanding of the AWS partner community and Data and Analytics segment priorities to define and execute a global partner marketing plan to support growth objectives. You will be responsible for designing solution-level integrated campaign strategies for Data and Analytics partners and for driving them to completion. You will act as the primary marketing contact for the Industry & Partner Solutions team, including regular participation in team calls, in-person meetings, and planning sessions.
This role requires strong collaboration and relationship-building skills as you will need to partner with extended Global & Regional Marketing teams and the AWS Partner & Specialist organization to execute partner marketing programs worldwide. You will be the voice of these partners’ needs to various internal stakeholders and will share best practices across regions. In addition, you may also be required to manage outside vendors to execute programs and achieve goals.

Key job responsibilities
• Work closely with global partner leadership, marketing, and field to identify priorities and partner marketing initiatives.
• Build and execute a best-in-class partner marketing plan to effectively drive awareness and adoption of AWS partner solutions.
• Design global partner marketing programs and campaigns that are either executed globally, or delivered to regional marketing for local activation.
• Develop detailed campaign plans, including campaign goals, messaging, call to action, marketing distribution channels, follow-up activities, and success metrics.
• Work with AWS partners to build joint value proposition messaging and content for campaigns and service launches.
• Willing to travel to attend events and support stakeholders and partners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
