About the Role;
Protecting the privacy of our community is crucial to Twitch. The Privacy team builds, maintains, and continually improves our global privacy program, and engenders trust with our users and business partners. We need the right people, policies, products, and tools to help us achieve our mission. We are looking for a talented, skilled, solution-minded privacy professional to help us achieve that goal. As a Senior Privacy Manager, you will report directly to the Senior Product and Privacy Counsel. You will develop and mature our privacy program and work on areas such as advertising privacy, data protection, and compliance. You will join and work with a team composed of legal counsel, engineers, product managers, data scientists, support agents, and more.

You Will
- Lead and implement privacy by design strategies across Twitch, partnering with stakeholders in Product, Trust and Safety, and other organizations on the development and release of new products and features;
- Conduct risk assessments and establish effective controls and solutions to monitor and maintain privacy program integrity, focusing on areas like contracts, consent management, and data subject rights;
- Support privacy incident response efforts;
- Develop and oversee privacy metrics and reporting systems that provide transparent insights on program performance, engaging both internal teams and external stakeholders;
- Create and maintain essential privacy documentation and design role-specific privacy training programs to ensure consistent understanding and compliance across the organization;
- Support regulatory compliance and engagement efforts;
- Understand privacy opportunities and how they can be applied within Twitch and for the Twitch community.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of combined work experience in Privacy, Risk, IT Audit, Advertising Technology Engineering and Product Development, or Technical Program Management;
- Advanced understanding of compliance requirements stemming from global privacy laws, including data mapping, risk assessment, and consent and user rights management;
- Successful team and project management skills with medium to large-scale projects;
- Expertise in industry-standard compliance methods, standards, processes, governance models, and industry standard compliance frameworks;
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in fast-paced, highly regulated environments, such as IT, healthcare, fintech, financial services, digital media, advertising, user-generated content, gaming, and similar industries.
- Adtech privacy experience, including implementing IAB’s trust and consent framework (TCF);
- IAPP privacy certification.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
