As a Senior Program Manager, you'll spearhead the ongoing development of our research product suite, including a talent availability dashboard and browser plugin.
About the Role
As the Senior Program Manager for the TRAD team, you’ll have two core areas of responsibility. First is ownership for the TRAD team’s programmatic framework. This will include management of the processes and mechanisms used to house team information, research requests and deliverables, regular business reporting, annual planning, impact analysis, and change management for TRAD services. Second is leadership for TRAD products, including a dashboard that houses TRAD data and insights and a script that brings together talent intelligence products from TI teams across Amazon. This will include customer support, requirements gathering, change management, product adoption, success measurement, and ongoing optimization. Additionally, this role will occasionally own ad hoc initiatives within the TRAD team’s line of responsibility.
In both of these spaces, the Senior Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify workflows, boost internal engagement, and deliver innovative solutions that keep us at the forefront of talent research and development. You will dive deep into the technology from both a product and customer perspective and effectively represent TRAD’s requirements with cross functional stakeholders. Customers and stakeholders will include Talent Acquisition & HR teams/orgs, hiring managers, business leaders, and development teams. The Senior Program Manager will bring programmatic rigor to deliver the most impactful solutions with considerations for durability and scalability to minimize ongoing operational support needed. This role must balance Amazon Leadership Principles to effectively deliver results while becoming/acting as a subject matter expert in talent research.
