We are seeking a Senior HR business partner (HRBP) to partner with the Prime Video & Studios Technology organizations. The HR leader in this role would partner closely with senior Tech leaders across our most exciting and innovative Tech organizations. The Tech teams build are crucial to a wide variety streaming experiences for our customers, including surface the right content to the right customers at the right time.

This leader would partner closely with leaders on talent priorities that lead to business impact, including employee experience for this team of builders, org health and efficiency, building and retaining a diverse Tech workforce at all levels, driving and innovating improvements to our Tech promo process, and supporting org design and talent placement discussions with our leaders.

To drive these priorities effectively, this individual must have the ability to learn complex, diverse businesses in depth, understand nuanced differences between tech roles, influence with data, innovate and drive people initiatives that lead to business impact, and coach senior leaders to maximize their leadership effectiveness. Prior experience partnering with Tech teams is desired but not essential.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
• Experience working across a global organization and with multi-territory support.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Entertainment or Creative industries.
• Experience in working in a highly matrixed organization
• Project management and execution skills
• Thrives in a high-pressure environment and able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities
• Able to build trust with managers thanks to strong expertise and judgement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $117,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $193,400/year in our highest geographic market.
