The Prime Video (PV) Global Brand & Digital Insights team is hiring a Senior Global Campaign Analytics Manager to build and scale global marketing campaign tracking and insights for the organization. The Senior Global Campaign Analytics Manager will work across a dynamic team of insights professionals focused on understanding and building customers’ relationship with the Prime Video brand and service.
The ideal candidate is a strategic-minded insights professional with a proven track record of designing highly impactful tracking programs that inform business recommendations in a fast-paced environment. They are deeply passionate about the voice of the customer and obsessed with understanding the “why” behind customer perceptions of streaming services. This role requires a robust understanding of quantitative research and the ability to translate research output into actionable insights for various stakeholders across the business.
Key job responsibilities
- Build and lead the global campaign tracking research program for Prime Video
- Partner with US and international marketing and insights teams to evaluate how consumers are responding to our marketing and identify opportunities to strengthen campaigns working backwards from the customer
- Provide inputs to global business reviews on trends observed across trackers and consult with regional leaders on inputs for their local business reviews
- Own all aspects of campaign tracking including regularly consulting with partners on how to use research effectively to drive business impact
- Build scalable and nimble market research solutions, tools, and processes to help democratize and socialize tracking insights
- Connect the “what,” with the “so what,” and “now what” using your own research and other data sources
- Communicate complex insights and data clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
- Drive impact to the business and customer experience, as measured by adoption of research findings
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Understanding of the mechanics of media measurement and familiarity with media strategies
- Prior experience with global ad/campaign tracking studies and reporting
- Quantitative research experience and interest in delving into datasets
- Experience coalescing multiple data sources to craft holistic research narratives
- Experience working efficiently with stakeholders and team members across time zones and countries
- Experience thinking creatively, taking the initiative and constructively advocating on behalf of the customer
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA
- Prior experience working in insights or analytics within the entertainment industry
- Prior experience working in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment
- Prior experience working in both the US and internationally or in a global function
- Experience utilizing secondary research tools such as YouGov, GfK MRI, and US Census Data
- Experience working with and conducting analytic analyses such as correlation analysis, drivers analysis, multivariate regression via Excel, SPSS or a programming language such as R or Python
- Proactive attitude, natural curiosity, and willingness to roll up sleeves to achieve goals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
