The Production Associate will support the Executive Producer, Coordinating Producers, and other production crew in day-to-day operation of Prime Video’s live sports productions. This role will be primarily focused on supporting the office and administrative functions of the production department.

A successful candidate has the ability to execute on assigned tasks with little oversight and in the designated time frame. You will find yourself in scenarios where you are working as part of a team and where you act on behalf of our team. This role requires flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity, and a drive to learn and be curious. Project management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines will be critical to the success of our productions.


Key job responsibilities
* Support teams in production planning, schedules, logistics and event documentation

* Working side-by-side with show Producers on managing day-to-day operations for live broadcasts

* Assisting with meeting coordination, meeting invites, conference room logistics, and floor/building access

* Coordinating meeting bookings with partners, vendors, and internal teams

* Administrative support of productions such as managing shared documents, presentation material, and organization of logistical information (i.e. travel schedules)

* Communicating with internal teams on cross-functional initiatives

* Developing and maintaining positive partner relationships

A day in the life
The Production Associate will support the production team on items related to planning, coordinating, and organizing live sporting events. In the same day, you may find yourself supporting a wide range of administrative tasks. We need someone who can properly prioritize tasks, proactively working to gather information that allows them to deliver on-time. You will often be the first contact with our external partners and will be expected to make a great first impression.

Your days follow the ebb and flow of the production schedule. When not in production, you will support the growth of the ever-expanding team, helping evaluate workflows, establishing best practices, and helping to build our culture as we evolve. While in production, you will interact with producers, directors, production managers, and technical teams.

Prime Video is changing the way millions of customers interact with video content. This includes creating original and exclusive content around live events from the top professional sports leagues around the world like the NFL, NASCAR, NHL, NBA, NWSL, WNBA, and Champions League. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of studio or production company assistant experience
- 1+ years of on-set physical production experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with above-the-line and below-the-line unions and guilds

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of digital media space including handling of all types of media equipment experience
- Experience managing events/meetings in a global company

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,600/year in our highest geographic market.
