As a Senior Product Manager – Tech, you will be responsible for partnering with key internal stakeholders (such as media teams) and external agencies and data providers to clearly define the current tech / data / product gaps in the marketing campaign lifecycle. You will play a key role in defining the long-term technical product vision supporting functional areas of cross channel media strategy and planning, buying, marketing operations, campaign reporting and measurement. You will also be responsible for reoccurring validation and audit exercises of existing solutions. In doing so, you will play a mix of product and program management roles. You will work with business owners to gather requirements and distill it into clear working backwards business requirement documents, and manage program aspects such as business reviews and project plans. The successful candidate has strong organization and influencing skills, uses data to guide his/her decision making, and operates from a solid foundational anchor in media metrics and data sets. They are comfortable working autonomously, yet effective at partnering cross functionally and across regions with internal and external partner teams. Success is dependent on the candidate’s ability to be curious and nimble, identifying opportunities for operational improvements across automation, governance, and validation.
Key job responsibilities
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional and cross line of business teams to identify customer needs, develop and deliver innovative products and services that enable streamlined marketing planning and optimization at scale.
• Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand and improve marketing product and tech capabilities and scalability.
• Serve as single point of contact for change management and process optimization solutions across data governance and automation with internal measurement and agency tech teams
• Support development and regionally nuanced adaptations for business and technical process requirements and success criteria to power engineering, science and business intelligence teams who create best-in-class solutions for customers
• Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation, anticipate and balance business needs versus technical constraints to maximize business benefit.
• Establish and govern adherence to high quality data management solutions through reoccurring validation exercises and tech gaps audits
• Develop and manage intake system for adaptation requests from internal and external stakeholders and evaluate prioritization matrix for future program improvements.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
- Experience coordinating complex products with stringent technical requirements, development cycles and schedules
- Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions
- Experience with feature priotization and product roadmap tradeoffs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
- Proven ability to develop relationships and influence both internal/external agency stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market.
