Amazon MGM Studio's Key Art Production Studio is looking for a Lead Creative Key Art Finisher to join our in-house finishing team. This role will be responsible for working closely with our Key Art Production Studio Manager to develop workflows and best practices. They will help oversee finishing done by the team to ensure it meets the highest quality bar and ensure the techniques that are being used are consistent with our preferred methods.

Key job responsibilities
• Coordinate closely with the Key Art Production Studio Manager to allocate resources to meet strict deadlines
• Able to juggle multiple projects at the same time while staying connected to the details of each project
• Develop workflow and best practice techniques to optimize efficiency of the team
• Work directly with our creative team to ensure that the final artwork is consistent with their creative vision

A day in the life
• Coordinating with the Key Art Production Studio Manager and Program Manager to strategize and prioritize work to be performed
• Provide time estimates to determine capacity planning, ensuring that deadlines are met
• Work with other finishers to understand their strengths and weaknesses to optimize production and to provide feedback for them to grow

About the team
Our Key Art Production team is a fast paced and growing team within Amazon MGM Studios Marketing. We are responsible for end to end production of static assets. Our in-house Key Art Production Studio is a vital part of our success having the ability to quickly turn around finishing and production requests from our stakeholders. This position will be a vital role on the team to ensure the quality of the finish and the techniques being used meet or exceed our very high quality bar.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of creative services experience
- Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders
- Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
- Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio
- Understanding of best practices for file organization and structure

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 10+ years experience creative finishing in an agency or finishing vendor environment
- Adept at building modular files ready for creative adaptation into various proportions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,200/year in our highest geographic market.
