We are looking for a Digital Program Manager to support the intersection of our digital supply chain, technical advancements, and operations. This individual will help us shape the future of our Ad Ops processes as we strive to improve how technology and operations integrate, and evolve. Ensuring regional nuance and customer experience remain the building block of operational process improvement (creation, annotation, etc.), and technical tooling requirements are effectively shared globally with business and technical teams. The successful candidate should have experience in entertainment (Movie, TV, Games, or Streaming), and the capacity to acquire new technology concepts quickly.
Key job responsibilities
- Be the subject matter expert of your assigned program
- Define program value propositions, advantages, and limitations
- Be the liaison between various technical, business, and development teams within PV to drive both proactive and reactive customer experiences solutions
- Own and support global cross-team coordination, project management, and be able to swiftly prioritize and multi task based on severity level and strong business judgement
- Identify and investigate data to isolate issues, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for servicing partner teams
- Have a passion for continuously improving the customer experience
- Be a creative problem solver who always thinks critically about next steps

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience working with large global organizations owning a pillar or overseeing a digital/physical supply chain
- 4+ years of experience managing medium to high complexity programs across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and supporting continuous improvement cycles
- 2+ years of experience presenting or writing to Sr. Leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience

- Influential and concise verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them (verbal/written) to the stakeholders and executives as required
- Must be able to think creatively, deal with ambiguity, and manage changing and competing priorities
- Be self-driven and committed to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or imperfect data
- Strong attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, able to make data-driven decisions, and drive results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $154,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
