The Creative Project Manager is the general project manager of a campaign, whose responsibilities include overall health of 360° brand campaigns including timeline management and oversight of the asset development budget. Alongside the Brand Manager, this role plans the overall campaign cadence and owns the creative strategy, adapting global marketing assets to meet local market needs.
This role manages the overall campaign timeline, working collaboratively with the Brand Managers, Social Media Managers, Media Managers and agencies to track milestones and ensure delivery per campaign objectives. The creative project manager is responsible for seeing around corners, identifying campaign risks, strong and frequent communications to partners across teams and offices, providing innovative solutions to timelines and owners, and driving resolution with escalation to leadership as needed, ultimately providing the structure, discipline and momentum to deliver campaigns on target


Key job responsibilities
• Overall health of 360° of brand campaigns
• Working proactively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements and to ensure efficient development and delivery of assets per the brand marketing plan.
• Acting as the main point of contact with internal and external partners to ensure deadlines are met, including – as necessary – the strategic allocation of resources, rate negotiations with external partners, and oversight of the development of AV, digital and print creative assets
• Obtaining necessary approvals and communicating progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring the team establishes and maintains appropriate processes to keep deliverables on time and on budget
• Support in coordinating all production across AV, print, and digital assets, including the input and maintenance of campaign status and data across our tooling set, ensuring internal sources of truth reflect current, accurate, and most up-to-date status for campaigns & assets
• Manage operation-related cross-functional communications, ensuring effective exchange of campaign milestones, assets and deliverables.
• End-to-end brand campaigns operational scope including: operational management of creatives, asset planning and production, and campaign fulfillment/delivery, as needed.
• Work with creative and operational teams to source assets and initiate internal production work.
• Liaise with cross-regional producers to ensure all deadlines and deliveries are on track

About the team
This role is an integral part of the LATCANZ (LATAM, Canada, and Australia & New Zealand) Central Marketing Team. The Central Marketing team focuses on marketing global movies and series, as well as Brand Campaigns

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of entertainment, brand or production entity experience
- Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company
- Experience trafficking and delivering video and image files via digital supply chain

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with asset management, design workflows, or partnering with creative teams
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting quick deadlines

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
