The Global Deal Management team (GDM) in the Amazon MGM Studios Distribution (AMSD) group is looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated and creative Contract Administration Manager with experience in Global TV and Film Distribution as well as Contract Rights and Window Management. This role will be responsible for managing deals globally from clearance through execution, taking ownership of the deal administration process. This position will work cross-functionally across a broad range of stakeholders: Sales, Accounting, Delivery, and Legal, working to ensure compliance and administrative controls.

Successful candidates bring a broad range of knowledge to the position, from keen analytical abilities to critical thinking, delivering results in a timely fashion while influencing the team to streamline and optimize business processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in window management at a studio or similar, and proficient in contract rights management systems as well as advanced Excel.



Key job responsibilities
• Manage contract administration of global distribution deal management
• Validate and process content clearances; including collision check and risk assessment
• Contract rights management data entry and deal proofing
• Ensure compliance and manage end-to-end deal processes from pre-clearance to contract execution
• Analyze and resolve deal blockers
• Conduct advanced data analysis and metrics to operationalize higher level statistics (e.g. Pivot Tables, Vlookups, complex formulas) and drive improvements
• Work independently and proactively, escalating blockers to leadership
• Management of all global deals and territories


About the team
The GDM Team in the Amazon MGM Studios Distribution (AMSD) group is responsible for global deal management of 1P and 3P content licensing to SVOD, AVOD, TVOD, EST, FAST, Pay, and Free/Basic channels and platforms in over 200 markets.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of global content distribution experience in all media
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in internal and external systems databases
• Advanced Excel, MicroStrategy, Salesforce, Rightsline, Airtable
• Analyze and confirm negotiated contract terms against deal information

• Clear and concise communicator with superior written, verbal and presentation skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $74,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $158,800/year in our highest geographic market.
