We're looking for a detail-oriented, results-driven Program Manager with a passion for technology to manage communications operations for Account Health products and services worldwide.

The Selling Partner Trust & Compliance team works to create a trusted shopping experience and protect customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse. Within this broader organization, the Selling Partner Trust Communications team innovates to refine and launch communications that help selling partners engage with these efforts, ensuring that they are selling their products in Amazon's store in a way that meets Amazon's high standards--and the law's requirements.

These communications help drive businesses to make tangible, meaningful impacts on their operations and on Amazon customers' experience every day. As a Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to ensure these communications are developed and deployed in a way that is timely, accurate, relevant, and engaging, while also ensuring that all standards and requirements are met prior to deployment. You will work closely across teams both locally and globally to support the launch of go-to-market plans for new policies, regulations, and product features, and to support marketing initiatives to engage businesses with existing features.

A successful candidate for this role will be an independent, detail-oriented problem-solver who can leading multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing deadlines. They will have strong project management and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with technical partners. They should be able to identify opportunities, scope them out to assess trade offs, gain stakeholder alignment, execute solutions, and mechanize processes and reporting to monitor results.

Key job responsibilities

• Lead change management efforts to get partners onboarded to our team's communications services
• Develop documentation, trainings, flashes, and other mechanisms to help teams improve planning
• Define onboarding requirements and ensure initiatives are 'sprint ready' before engaging Tech
• Develop mechanisms to monitor communications intake, progress, timeliness, and quality, and to report on this information
• Project manage launch requirements, working closely with Product, Policy, and Tech teams, and escalating when blockers are identified
• Define and operationalize metrics of success, identifying root causes of successes or gaps and executing initiatives to address any identified gaps
• Develop and share reporting on performance data to identify opportunities for improvement across both communications operations and the communications themselves
• Identify and make business cases for needed technical innovations to further scale positive impact and operations
• Experiment with internal AI tools to drive process efficiencies

A day in the life
The nature of your day-to-day will evolve depending on where we are in the lifecycle of an initiative. You may spend some of your day gathering data to form hypotheses and designs, investigating new capabilities and stakeholder needs, and assessing the implications of new technology or processes on operations. Other days may also be more focused on stakeholder management and project management, sharing information, ensuring items are "Tech ready," and managing updates to senior leaders. Finally, other days may be more focused on team building or on career and personal development (offsites, training, and mentoring).
