The Account Health Support (AHS) Team is looking for a Knowledge Management Office (KMO) Program Manager to join our Global Operations and be a leader on our team. We are seeking a talented, data driven, and proven individual with experience in operational integration within the training and content creation space to support AHS worldwide across various functions. The KMO Program Manager will be a key person to shape the resource creation, training, and career development of the Account Health Support team. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; has strong program management and communication skills.
As the AHS KMO Program Manager, you will be responsible for creation and execution of an aggressive roadmap that will support a global team. Success candidates are collaborators who work closely with cross functional teams to effectively prioritize and deploy training programs based on customer and business need. The role demands thought clarity, dynamic cross-functional partnership, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our customers.

Key job responsibilities
•Develop content and curricula to support onboarding of new employees, and development of tenured employees
• Manages relationship with stakeholders to understand content and training needs
• Conducts data analysis deep dive to measure training impact
• Works backwards – demonstrates planning capability to execute on deliverables (manages stakeholders, and coordinates details).
• Supports development of all AHS KMO support positions (Site Trainers,certified instructors, content POCs)
Writes narratives to communicate changes to training mental model

A day in the life
The KMO program manager will work with various stakeholders to ensure that our team of global Specialists have the necessary resources (training and content) to support Sellers via multiple communication channels. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational intelligence, exceptional ability to build trust, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage complex cross-team projects. You are self-motivated, solutions-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and innovative in developing best-in-class programs to evolve our strategy to connect, engage, and empower our selling partners.

About the team
Account Health Support (AHS) is a global team that provides Selling Partners with empathetic support while addressing their account health concerns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
