This is a corporate and office-based position. This is a full-time, entry level position. Amazon is looking for recent and upcoming graduates with high-potential to join our Central Flow team. Amazon North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Planning and Execution Team (PLEX) is a central part of Amazon and at the heart of our supply chain processes. The Central Flow team focuses on operational execution, risk mitigation, and best practices to deliver for our customers.

As a Central Flow Lead, you will have an opportunity to work with stakeholders across North America and develop a collaborative leadership style, while utilizing the tools and processes that have helped create the most customer-centric company on Earth. You will manage building workflow, guide the hourly and daily decision making of our operations leaders to help deliver on our customer promise via audits & daily syncs. Your main focus will be using data to quantify risk, provide guidance and direction, and influence our fulfillment centers deliver strategy. You will ensure that the Amazon sites you support have all the tools needed to succeed for any task during a shift. You will also get the chance to develop projects in partnership with your team leadership that will impact Amazon supply chain planning and execution.

The Central Flow team provides critical operational insights and works with leaders to develop advanced and intuitive automated flow control for Amazon operations. Central Flow is comprised of multiple business verticals each tasked with monitoring and overseeing different aspects of daily operations throughout Amazon’s fulfillment network.

You will work on a team of engaged flow leaders to deliver a best-in-class fulfillment experience for customers and stakeholders. Compensation: Hourly base pay ($23.32-
$25.91 range - location based), sign on payments, and restricted stock units.

Key job responsibilities
• Ensure procedures are followed for flow management and daily execution.
• Partner with site management teams to establish and maintain quality control standards.
• Maintain performance goals and targets to ensure accuracy and quality for customers.
• Shifts will require willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Work overtime as required based on business need.
• Utilize existing tools, reporting, or data sources to deep dive problems and provide resolution or corrective action as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree with a conferral date between May 2023 and August 2025
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related areas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Adept at the ability to motivate others in a deadline-focused environment
• Ability to evaluate and dive deep workflow data
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $23.8/hr in our lowest geographic market up to $26.39/hr in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
