A Learning Manager sets the vision and culture of their team by setting individual and team performance expectations/goals, maintaining focus on improving customer satisfaction, and identifying customer impacting issues, and implementing dynamic solutions.

Key job responsibilities
● Partner with operations leaders to identify and maintain a pool of ambassadors, monitoring
sentiment and engagement for program success

● Lead team of trainers to design, develop and deploy Ambassador Training materials and classroom training materials

● Partner with Learning M&E team to establish mechanisms to measure program effectiveness,
identify opportunities and develop actions for improvement

● Partner with S&OP, finance, and operations to plan and account for all training hours through
attending Labor Solve meetings and other mechanisms

● Attend and present on staff meetings, WBRs or other meetings to discuss state of training, new hire readiness, opportunities and actions and % plan on labor hours, including bridging misses as needed

● Communicate directly with operations leaders to create and provide training plans and performance
metrics

● Identify business problems and gaps and partner with appropriate team members/stakeholders to
create and drive actions

● Partner with Onboarding Team to support the transition from Day 1-3 to Ambassador Training

● Track & Communicate “New Hire Pushes” to impacted stakeholders (HR, Ops, Compliance)

● Has a strong bias for action in identifying areas to improve processes

● Desire to drive metric driven performance

● Other duties as assigned

● Must be open to varying shifts dependent on business needs (this includes but is not limited to
nights, weekends, and holidays)

Partner with stakeholder across various support groups including PXT, Operations, Compliance and Finance. Work in partnership with leaders across Operations to break down L&D barriers for your customers.

About the team
Work alongside peer Learning Business Partners to support Amazon Pharmacy's functional training within Fulfillment, Pharmacy Services and Customer Care.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years related experience

Ability to obtain pharmacy technician licensure, certification, or state equivalent in the pharmacy's
domicile state, if required by the local Board of Pharmacy

Demonstrated strong ability to coach and provide feedback to others

Demonstrated ability to maintain ownership and oversight of multiple locations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior training, facilitation, instructional design experience

Passionate problem solving skills

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Understanding of group and individual Facilitation, Instructional Design basics (ADDIE Model), performance feedback (Kirkpatrick Scale)

Display a positive work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, adherence to company policies and a
commitment to excellent customer service
