Your experience working in safety programs and your relevant safety, environmental and ergonomic knowledge in an operations environment will be crucial.You will be responsible for developing a team of safety managers and safety professionals at your designated site. Your teams’ success will depend on your ability to create and execute leadership development plans for your larger team. You must demonstrate your ability to clearly communicate organizational direction through your team.
