You have proven data-driven decision making skills, strong persuasive writing skills, broad business experience, the tenacity to develop ideas independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.As a Senior Product Manager-Tech, Consumer Growth, you will...- Define and execute the product roadmap with clearly articulated and well measured goals- Identify and execute on projects that will elevate the usability and seamlessness of Audible’s experience, with an ownership mindset from ideation through launch- Collaborate with engineering, design, fellow product managers, marketing and insights teams to drive outcomes- Define, execute, evaluate and launch experiments (A/B tests) to maximize customer and business value, using best-practices, statistical rigor and high judgment- Proactively accelerate, unblock, de-risk and help optimize the work of the delivery teams working on your in-flight features- Partner with UX and UX Research to define good outcomes for qualitative testing, ensuring we are building the right experience for a diverse set of customers- Plan and prioritize the backlog for development teams to ensure maximum value in deliverablesABOUT AUDIBLEAudible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling.
