You will be a part of the team responsible for managing the energy portfolio of the world’s largest cloud provider and corporate buyer of renewables.Our team is looking for an energy professional to invent new programs and mechanisms and scale them across the AWS energy supply portfolio. The right candidate has a track record for managing programs, including planning, launching and executing initiatives with excellence in operations. In addition, this role will lead the management of contracts and operational activities for particular clusters and structures, and will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the org to report, analyze and improve performance of our energy portfolio. The right candidate can manage multiple projects simultaneously, has an analytical skill set, and experience managing contracts and building scalable programs. Cloud Support Engineer-I, GovCloud Support Team (US)

The AWS Premium Support team is seeking experienced Support Engineers providing world-class support on all AWS offerings (http://aws.amazon.com/). Our customer facing Engineers resolve customer technical issues ranging from EC2 Linux general guidance through technical deep-dives identifying and resolving complex Big Data (EMR, Data Pipeline) configuration and third-party integration issues.
