The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations. This role requires performing hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs. Additionally, the position includes a rotation schedule where team members are designated as the primary responders to rapidly resolve issues that impact service availability during their assigned shifts. All candidates should be willing to work both independently and with a team.
