The team designs and builds complex yet elegant distributed software systems that serve the needs of ad buyers, monetize publisher ad inventory, and delight viewers watching live events.As an SDM, you will lead the team to build software to onboard and manage live events properties such as football, basketball, tennis, music concerts, hockey etc. You will drive technical strategy and architecture spanning ad campaign management, monetization, ad delivery, reporting, billing and ad operations. As owner of end to end orchestration of the ad stack, you will work closely with business teams, product managers, engineers, and partner teams to create and drive plans that effectively monetize publisher inventory while balancing both advertiser and audience experiences. Your strong coaching and mentoring skills will help you develop individuals in your team, fostering innovation, and creating a high-performance collaborative development environment.The successful candidate is expected to have deep software engineering, project management, and people management skills. They must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be self-driven, and have the ability to deliver high quality results in a fast paced environment.
