We are looking for a Sr. Business Manager to help us expand and develop Amazon’s Gift Card business within Amazon physical stores and B&M partners. A successful candidate is a self -starter, who has the ability to move quickly, dive into the details and has an ability to work in an ambiguous environment.This is a role that has high visibility within a dynamic, exciting team. Success in this position will require strong communication skills, sound business acumen, analytical capabilities, superb time management skills and attention to detail to provide Amazon customers “the right Gift Card product, when and where they need it”.Key job responsibilities• Account & Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for key distribution partners and its associated retailers, supporting all aspects of the Amazon Gift Card business within its portfolio, including demand generation, product placements, marketing promotions, customer experience and customer service.• Strategic Planning & Analysis: Help define the right product strategy within the distributor’s retail accounts and draw insights from all marketing and sales activities across the portfolio to inform demand and margin growth efforts.• Business Insights & Trends: leverage sub-channels, weekly / monthly reporting – to understand the trends of the business and keeping “ears to the ground” on consumer trends.
