This role will manage a team of at least 4 direct reports. The successful candidate will communicate effectively across teams and levels, while balancing the needs and requirements of internal and external customers. They will be relentlessly focused on improving the customer experience. Flexibility and the ability to prioritize in a changing business environment will also be key. Key job responsibilities- Manage inventory availability, inventory health and forecasting as well as inbound / other parts of the supply chain. - Monitor, analyze and own key performance indicators such as out of stock, lead time, fill rate, forecast accuracy, turns, and overstock.- Develop and drive key cost savings initiatives with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.- Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, while meeting tight deadlines.- Manage a team including supply chain managers.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree- Superior analytical skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get it done- 6+ years experience in vendor management, consulting, finance, supply chain or other relevant fields- Strong proficiency in data and analysis tools including Microsoft Excel and SQL- Experience successfully coaching and developing others ...
