The Business Operations Manager is a critical role within the Operations and Technology team, responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across the Communications & Corporate Responsibility (CCR) organization. This individual will work closely with cross-functional leaders and business operations roles to streamline processes, implement best practices, and ensure seamless collaboration between various teams.We are seeking a Business Operations Manager with a builder’s mindset who will accelerate adoption to procedures and policies across the organization. This role will connect the dots across the business across all levels. In addition, you will support in driving high visibility and strategic initiatives, develop new or improve existing standards, guidelines, tools, simplify processes and drive deliverables that help the organization operate efficiently. You must be able to build and maintain trusting relationships cross-departmentally with our internal business partners. The Amazon Communications team is seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and savvy PR/Communications professional for the role of Public Relations Manager, Seller Experience. The person who fills this role will be responsible for both proactive and reactive PR activities to support the operations offerings within the Selling Partner Services business, such as Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), Supply Chain by Amazon, and more, that support the more than two million sellers who sell in Amazon’s store. This person will work closely with business partners to provide PR counsel and guidance, drive PR strategy and execution for key business announcements, work in close collaboration with senior business leaders, and drive messaging and narrative development.
