The Senior Program Manager, Strategic Operations will be an expert in operationalizing and designing high-impact, end-to-end transformation initiatives that drive business and workforce outcomes. The successful candidate will have expertise across the workforce value chain, including a keen understanding of the intersection of business and people strategies, key drivers of workforce success, a deep background in program design and large-scale delivery, scalable operating models, and organizational change. They should have proven success in delivering world-class solution that set-the-bar for others.This role will use data to build, execute, and scale our high-velocity transformation best-practices, including tools, frameworks, and mental models.
