The Fraud Specialist position is responsible for finding, documenting and maintaining, all Customer/ FBA/Vendor/Retail fraud. They will be the link between Corporate Teams and the Fulfillment Center, as well as between the other return centers. The Fraud Specialist position plays an integral role in the return center by stopping fraud from being processed, stopping bad actors from being reimbursed and reducing controllable expenses. The Fraud Specialist will be responsible for the tactical and strategic handling of all fraud items, they will ensure controls are in place and the team is educated on how to spot fraud. This person will maintain a physical area where fraud items will reside until resolution, if sidelining items is absolutely necessary.
