As a member of the Robotics Facilities team, this position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Amazon Robotics’ research & development, manufacturing, and office facilities in North Reading & surrounding areas. The successful candidate must operate as a true partner to local business leaders, Finance, HR, IT, and other functional areas, as well as business partners within the Robotics EHS and Facilities teams. About the Role As a Control Systems Lead, you will lead service technicians on the team with maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Material Handling (MHE) controls systems equipment to ensure operational performance. You will support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects. You will help train, and mentor service technicians and contract technicians.
